Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović (; born 29 April 1968) is a Croatian politician serving as the 4th President of Croatia since 19 February 2015. She is the first woman to be elected as the President of the Republic. From 2011 to 2014 she served as Assistant Secretary General for Public Diplomacy at NATO under secretaries Anders Fogh Rasmussen and Jens Stoltenberg. She is the first woman ever to be appointed to the position.
